Tree of Hope 2014 is underway 🎄
Our community tradition continues this November as the Tree of Hope returns to support patient care at the Barrhead Healthcare Centre.
Your gift helps purchase practical items and comfort enhancements used by care teams every day—small tools that make a meaningful difference for patients and families.
How to give
Donations are gratefully accepted throughout the holiday season. Please visit the admitting desk at the hospital or contact the site for details on how to contribute. Every gift helps keep the lights glowing on the Tree of Hope.
Thank you for helping bring warmth and care to our community this Christmas.
Posted: November 2014.
Archive note (added 2025): Local coverage that season included the Barrhead & District Chamber of Commerce Festival of Trees, which is a separate community fundraiser. (The “7th Annual” Festival of Trees reference is from 2016, not 2014.) Specific Tree of Hope items/goal for 2014 are not yet verified; we’ll update this entry if records surface.
